The low audio levels experienced by some users Tuesday night was mostly due to their internal computer speakers.  Some laptops have very weak speakers, which don’t output enough power to adequately broadcast our audio stream.  At the end of the session we maximized the volume level output from our building; any louder and it will cause feedback and crackling noises that no one will enjoy.  We also positioned the mic on Allie to better pick up her output.  However, in some cases, this still will not be enough power for certain laptops.
